full payment I shall post your print, depending on availability, within
28 days. Should the print be out of stock, or there be any other reason
for delay, I shall inform you immediately via email. Please use the Paypal

If you wish
to commission a drawing, please contact me in the first instance by email.
The price and delivery will be by negotiation as these will depend on
the size and complexity of drawing you require and on my prevailing workload.
For a drawing of a particular building, whether it be of your home or
business premises, church, restaurant, pub or other building, I will require
a high quality photograph, and any further photos that highlight any detail
i.e. close-ups of any particular architectural feature such as chimneys,
doorways or window frames or carvings. Without such images, I cannot supply
the detail to the drawing. Please indicate which photograph you wish me
to use for the finished drawing. All photographs will be returned to you
along with the finished artwork.
Naturally, the better the quality of photograph, the
better the accuracy and detail of the finished drawing.
All drawings carry the highest level of detail, although
it is difficult to convey this through the internet.
All work is carried out by me
and I make every effort to attain the highest level of accuracy and detail
within the constraints of the medium employed. The examples of work previously
completed and provided on my website comprise my references and quality
of work which you should expect. I accept no liability other than the
foregoing for work duly completed on your behalf.
All commissioned pieces will be payable by cheque.
I will require an initial 50% non-returnable deposit upon commission.
When the drawing is half completed, I will send you a pdf copy for your
approval. Once I have this, plus any small amendments you may wish me
to make, within the confines of the medium, I shall complete the drawing
any send a further pdf file of the finished work. Upon receipt of your
approval and the balance of the payment (50% plus postage), I shall post
the finished artwork to you.
Customers can be assured that their details will not be passed on to any other persons, companies for whatever reason other than as required by law.
I may, however, email my customers to inform them of new products and/or services.
